Simply make a contactless payment using the payment terminal on the station. The power bank will then be automatically released for you to take.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, JCB and other compatible contactless payment methods.
The hourly rental price is displayed directly on the station at the time of payment. The total rental cost depends on how long the power bank is used.
Yes. A €29 security deposit is pre-authorized at the time of payment to guarantee the return of the power bank.
After use, simply insert the power bank into any available slot in a compatible station.
The security deposit is automatically released by your bank, minus the rental fee (maximum €8), if the power bank is returned within 24 hours.
The actual time for the deposit release may depend on your bank’s processing time.
If the power bank is not returned within 24 hours, the €29 security deposit will be charged. The power bank will then be considered purchased by the user.
